The team at ABC radio Brisbane gave our lab manager a call this morning. They had a few callers through that have had life changing experiences since starting CPAP. They spoke through some contributing factors that may worsen obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA); alcohol intake, sleeping on your back, age and weight gain. We then mentioned the STOP BANG screening tool to help give an idea of what to look out for as a risk of having OSA.
