Rely on coffee to get you kick started in the morning? Wouldn’t it be great if you knew the exact amount of coffee, and the best time to take it to give you the perfect get up and go!

Perhaps someday soon that jittery angst from over-caffeinating may become a thing of the past, thanks to U.S Army research.  They have developed an algorithm for predicting effects of sleep deprivation and caffeine usage, and the optimal consumption time for peak alertness.
