The ABC documentary show Catalyst airs on Tuesdays 8:30pm. On the 27th February the topic what ‘Sleep Matters’ and followed the life of Lawrence Leung a busy actor, comedian and father.
A result of his busy life he admits he doesn’t get a recommended 8 hrs of sleep a night and decides to explore the science behind sleep, speaking with some of Australia’s top sleep scientists and performing some experiments on himself along the way to find out just how important sleep is.
