Queensland Health have released a series of blogs aimed at helping teenagers live healthy lives. These blogs are titled “Health in your teens”.

The blog released on the 1st August relates to sleep. They give “5 tips for awesome sleep as a teen”, these include:

  1. Get out and active during the day
  2. The important when and where of sleep
  3. Try mindfulness to help your brain chill out
  4. Cut caffeine after 3pm
  5. Separate screen time and sleep time
