A mattress company, ‘Koala’ has posted on Airtasker, offering to pay someone $1000 to sleep as part of their research to find a mattress for the best nights sleep! The task has been the most popular ever advertised on the website.
As you can imagine a lot of the comments outlined peoples love for sleep, their ability to sleep anywhere and even some of the issues they have with sleep.
Depending on your condition a more comfortable mattress may in fact help you sleep more soundly, particularly if you have neck or back pain. However tossing and turning during the night may not necessarily be due to an old or worn out bed. A more sinister sleep disorder could be at play, especially for those who snore loudly, stop breathing or grind their teeth at night.
