Everybody is “aware” of sleep—we all do it every day. But in many cases, we have gotten accustomed to deprioritising it in our own lives. That is why the national sleep foundation (of America) hold Sleep Awareness Week annually #SleepAwarenessWeek2018 #YourDayBeginsWithSleep
